INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cup mashed bananas (about 3)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp.salt
2/3 cups chocolate chips
1/4 cups walnuts
Time: Approximately 1 hour
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, and eggs. In another bowl, combine sour cream, bananas, lemon juice, and vanilla. Then stir into butter mixture. Combine dry ingredients then add to the banana-creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips & walnuts. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan, angel food pan, or two loaf pans. Fill about 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
